Trying find out if you work with mortgage brokers. We are located in Northern CA and have a lot of vacant land and lots that are begging for a source of financing. It will make for great Realtor marketing. We also have a modular home franchise that we need to have lot loan financing available to facilitate the land aquisition. Thanks]
